The Gackle Ambulance is a volunteer basic life support service with EMTs staffed 24/7. The service has served the community for over 30 years and has provided life-saving care for just as long. However, in the recent years, the number of volunteers has dropped. Now the ambulance is in need of help and volunteers.

Meetings are held once a month at Gackle City Hall.
